This project explores the parallels between the discipline of dance and societal pressures for self-optimization, using humor and irony to reflect on food myths and lifestyle trends. Through a character-driven approach, the work-in-progress showing will present a playful yet critical take on extreme nutrition ideals and the search for balance.
